5. Objective:
Provide professional dive services to clean the keel coolers on CGC WYACONDA while the
vessel is moored at the above location.
6. Scope of Work:
• Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, and materials necessary to
perform underwater cleaning of the vessel’s keel coolers.
• Divers shall inspect the keel coolers prior to cleaning to assess fouling and ensure
no damage is present.
• Cleaning shall be performed using methods appropriate for marine equipment,
