Description

Building Particulars Document 1. Building Restrictions: The contractor shall provide a list of the names of all associates who will participate in the tasks described in this Statement of Work. This information must be submitted by email to: ricardoj.colon@usda.gov and vivian.vera@usda.gov. The current NRCS offices are located on the sixth floor and will be relocated to a higher floor within the same building. The contractor must coordinate with NRCS staff to arrange access with the building administrators, including advance scheduling for the use of the building’s freight elevator, which is required for transporting equipment, furniture, and other materials. 2. Floors Affected: The 6th floor and other two designated floors. Additional floors (2) will be identified and communicated by NRCS staff once the lessor assigns them for temporary office space and storage use. 3. Loading Dock: The loading dock and freight elevator cannot be reserved in advance during normal business hours (6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday). Access to both is on a first‑come, first‑served basis during these hours. The loading dock is small and cannot accommodate large trailers for parking. The freight elevator has sufficient capacity for office furniture transport. The building is located on a high‑traffic roadway, which may affect loading and unloading activities. It is strongly recommended that the contractor coordinates in advance with NRCS staff for the removal of disposal items and for the use of the loading dock. There is no available space for staging or storing items designated for disposal, and no overnight parking is permitted for large trucks or trailers. 4. Freight Elevator: For freight elevator dimensions, a floor plan is included with this document. Advance notice may be useful for the use of the freight elevator, as it operates on an open, first‑come, first‑served basis during normal business hours. With prior coordination, the contractor may arrange freight elevator availability to support scheduled relocation activities. The contractor must coordinate in advance with NRCS staff, who will then work with the building administrators to confirm elevator access and timing. 5. Building POC and On-site Project Managers: Ricardo Colon: Phone 939-759-4940 / Email ricardoj.colon@usda.gov Vivian Vera: Phone: 939-759-4927 / Email vivian.vera@usda.gov. 6. Hour/Days Relocation Activities Can Be Performed: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding federal holidays. All relocation activities must occur within these hours in accordance with the statement of work. ATTACHMENT 6 -- 1 of 2 -- 7.
