Description
The Bureau of Reclamation, Columbia-Pacific Northwest Region, Columbia-Cascades Area Office has a
need for a five (5) year Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract type for construction
services for Hungry Horse Power Plant Turbine Runner Cavitation Repair. The work location will be at
the Hungry Horse Dam, located in Flathead County, Montana. Principal components of work to be
performed under these specifications include inspection, metal removal, weld preparation, welding and
grinding.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this project is 238190
– Other Foundation, Structure, and Building Exterior Contractors. The small business size standard
applicable to this project is $19.0 million in gross annual receipts averaged over the previous three 1-year
accounting periods. The projected IDIQ ceiling amount is $1,400,000.00 representing the maximum
cumulative value of all task orders issued under this contract. An unrestricted, full and open competitive
solicitation under NAICS 238190 shall be issued. Bids will be accepted from all responsive and
responsible entities. The clause FAR 52.225-11 Buy American-Construction Materials under Trade
Agreements will be included in any forthcoming solicitation, therefore one or more of the items under this
acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free
Trade Agreements.

this notice at www.sam.gov, however, dates in this notice are subject to change. The solicitation will
close approximately thirty (30) days after its issuance. Any amendments applicable to the solicitation will
