Work includes general construction, alterations, plumbing and electrical work, necessary removal of existing structures and certain other items, as is necessary to complete the scope of work. Summary scope of work: The project includes the replacement of 18 toilet rooms with 17 ABAA compliant handicap accessible toilet rooms in expanded footprints. All 18 toilet rooms are in Building 143. The construction time allocated for completion of the work associated with Bid Item I (Base Bid), as described above, is 365 calendar days from notice to proceed (NTP) by the VA. Award is subject to the availability of funds.
