How do credits work?＋
Every tool your agent calls costs a set number of credits — priced by what it costs us to run. You are debited only when a call succeeds; a failed or empty call costs nothing, and repeat/cached reads are free.
Entry, Mid, Growth or Agency — which do I need?＋
Entry ($99, 500 credits/mo) suits project or occasional use. Mid ($249, 2,000/mo) is the daily driver for an agent working opportunities every day. Growth ($399, 3,500/mo) is for working several markets at once. Agency ($999, 10,000/mo) is for a shop running many pursuits. Every plan has the SAME tools — the tiers differ only in monthly credit allowance. Use the plan finder below to size it against your real workflow.
What makes Mindy different from a public-data wrapper?＋
Beyond the public-data tools (SAM, USASpending, EDGAR, GSA, Grants, Federal Register), Mindy adds an un-copyable layer no public API has: curated SBLO + OSBP teaming/small-business contacts, agency intel and angles, podcast lessons, and a full proposal pipeline (compliance matrix → drafted sections → an independent compliance referee → a submittable .docx). You pay per successful call in credits — nothing is locked behind a tier; the plans just set how many credits you get each month.
I already pay for the Mindy app (Pro or Team). Do I get MCP credits?＋
Yes — Pro ($149/mo) includes 250 MCP credits every month and Team ($499/mo) includes 1000, at no extra cost. Connect with the same account and they’re already there. It’s a taste — if your agent runs heavier, add one of the credit plans on this page.
What is the one-time top-up for?＋
The top-up (1,000 credits / $119) is the “ran out mid-month” valve — a one-time refill that doesn’t change your plan. It’s also the pack auto-recharge draws from if you switch that on. Top-up credits never expire and carry over when your plan renews.
Do you have an Enterprise / API option?＋
Yes — for primes, agencies, funds, lenders, and partners who need a data/feed license, high-volume programmatic API access, SSO/SAML, a dedicated success manager, or an SLA. Pricing is bespoke (volume-based, annual invoicing). Email hello@getmindy.ai and we’ll scope it with you.
Do I need a credit card to start?＋
