Purpose: The intent of this project is to create a more professional and usable space
between the current computer setup and communications closet utilized for
presentations, briefings, and conferences in the Lundy conference auditorium in building
1614.
Scope/Objectives: The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment
necessary to install the below requested items and/or connections:
• CODEC Controller at computer desk near communications room containing two Classified
HDMI and two Unclassified HDMI ports each.
• A/V controller panel connection added to the wall connecting the Lundy to the Comm
Closet/Data Room by nearest computer desk. (Approximately 15 feet of cable).
• USB controller panel be added to the wall connecting the Lundy to the Comm Closet/Data
Room by nearest computer desk. (Approximately 5 feet between wall and desk).
• HDMI port or panel be added to the wall connecting the Lundy to the Comm Closet/Data
Room by computer desk, leaving the cable loose for codec connection in comm
closet/data room.
• Two LC connections added to the wall connecting Lundy to the Comm Closet/Data Room
by computer desk and connected to NIPR patch panel in Comm Closet/Data room.
• Two HDMI ports, one secure, one unclassified, added to the wall connecting the Lundy to
the Comm Closet/Data Room by computer desk to use for screen control/main control.
• Request CODEC Controller connection be added to the wall connecting the Lundy to the
Comm Closet/Data Room by computer desk for tablet display.
General Requirements
a. All twisted-pair cabling (Category 6) shall be tested and certified to meet the
performance requirements of ANSI/TIA-568.2-D. All Testing results shall be documented
and submitted for approval, prior to installing acceptance.

Project Submittals:
The following submittals shall be required under this contract. Unless otherwise specified
below, the Government requires 14 calendar days for the review and approval of each
submittal.
Closeout submittals will be required prior to the Pre-Final Inspection.

a. Participate in a virtual or in-person kickoff meeting within five (5) working days of
contract award.
b. Participate in virtual or in-person weekly progress meetings upon commencement of
the installation. A contractor email on the installation status to
aaron.goroski@us.af.mil may suffice in place of the meeting.
c. Participate in an on-site final inspection.
