3 TES Room 308 Furniture Statement of Work
Scope
This project will be awarded on a competitive basis using total project cost.
A site visit will be coordinated with 3 TES and 50 SFS for restricted area access. Two forms
of ID must be presented for access.
For this project we require the following product types: Monolithic cubicles, office desks,
tables, and demountable wall solution. Unit designed floor plan exists, but actual
measurements and dimensions must be verified.
For this project we require the following number of Monolithic cubicles: Seven, that are
minimum 5 feet by 2.5 feet with 6 built in outlets. Each workstation will require under desk
storage.
Open office space furniture: Front-office style L-Shaped freestanding office desks,
approximately 6 feet by 5 feet. Executive L-Shaped freestanding office desks, approximately
7 feet by 4.5 feet. Executive L-Shaped freestanding office desks, approximately 7 feet by 6
feet. Two Front office style 6 feet by 2.5 feet rectangular desks. The larger office will need a
wall adjacent meeting table matching the L-shaped desk. The second smaller office will
require a stand-alone table that can fit minimum two members at it and matches the executive
style furniture. All front office and executive furniture must not be systems furniture,
modular, or cubicle.
Additionally, a table approximately 10 feet by 4 feet for a breakroom eating area, required to
match the monolithic cubicle style. Single row of wall adjacent below and above storage
cabinets are required while leaving space for a 36-inch-wide fridge. Large display case
matching front office furniture. Please refer to the desired floor plan.
Seating is included in this contract: All chairs must be black and match, 2 executive chairs, 10
task/desk chairs, 18 guest chairs.
For this project, the finish on the Demountable walls shall be: Solid and consist of blue, grey,
or white colors and be matching finish to the monolithic cubicles being installed. The sound
attenuation should be of STC 40+ of the wall and will drive the material solution for wall
type.
For this project, Demountable walls shall include 2 traditional style doors that are
approximately 32” wide and keep the sound attenuation requirements of the
demountable wall.
It is the responsibility of the contractor to validate the actual site conditions as well as any
specific programming needs of the customer. In no case shall prices exceed discounted price
amount established in the Tier I contract. A final furniture layout and Bill of Materials
(BOM) will be provided that meets the customer’s requirements and accommodates the
physical environment as part of proposal.
For any Demountable Walls, a lineal foot expectation will be included along with the
anticipated wall materials such as paint, fabric, wood or glass, as well as number of doors or

windows to be included.
Contractor shall provide, or have capability of obtaining support services to include
removal and warehousing of the proposed furniture and demountable walls.
Base Access:
All commercial trucks must submit a Schriever SFB Vehicle Access Request Form
no later than 3 days prior to coming onto base. When coming to base, come to the
Visitor Center located off Enoch Road to get a visitor pass and then enter the base
through the West Gate near the intersection of Curtis and Irwin Road, for inspection.
In accordance with the Installation/SBD- 1base entry procedures, delivery personnel
must adhere to delivery vehicle process requirements mandated by the SBD-1 IDP
31-1. Once at the West Gate, the driver must have a current pass from the Visitor
Center and be able to show the following documents:
•A current Vehicle Registration
• A current Proof of Insurance
• A valid and current Driver's License for the driver
• A valid and current Driver's License or other State Identification for any
passenger(s) in the vehicle.
