Statement of Work Trulink Portable Transceivers (TPT) Travis AFB, CA 23 June 2026 v03 1.0 Background The 60th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron (60 AES) requires Trulink Portable Transceivers (TPT) to equip all assigned Flight Nurses and Aeromedical Technicians. These devices serve as a wireless extension for existing aircraft Intercommunications Systems (ICS), enabling seamless, hands-free communication among crew members during Aeromedical Evacuation (AE) missions. The use of these transceivers is critical for enhancing in-flight crew coordination, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining operational readiness for exercises or mass casualty scenarios. 2.0 Objective The objective of this procurement is to acquire 30 (new) Trulink Portable Transceiver units that meet the exact specifications outlined in this SOW. 3.0 Scope of Work The contractor shall provide all necessary resources to deliver 30 units of the Trulink Portable Transceiver (TPT) in accordance with the technical requirements, delivery schedule, and terms specified herein. 4.0 Technical Requirements & Specifications 4.1 Brand Name Requirement This is a Brand Name-ONLY requirement authorized for use by AMC/A3V. The only acceptable product is the Trulink Portable Transceiver (TPT). Substitute products or items marked as "or equal" will not be considered or accepted. 4.2 Product Specifications The contractor shall provide 30 Trulink Portable Transceiver units meeting the following exact specifications: • Item: Trulink Portable Transceiver (TPT) -- 1 of 2 -- • Manufacturer: Telephonics Corporation • Manufacturer Part Number: 780-1000-001-CF0095-M28 • Quantity: 30 Units • Dimensions: 6.1" (L) x 2.9" (W) x 1.9" (D) or similar • Weight: 11 ounces or less • Operational Range: Minimum 2,500 feet • Battery Life: Minimum 8 hours of continuous operating time • Condition: All units must be new and in original, unopened manufacturer packaging.
