This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561790 Other Services to Buildings and Dwellings with a size standard of $9.0M and PSC J041 Maint/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment—Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, and Air Circulating Equipment.
