The total project performance period shall be ONE HUNDRED AND SIXTY FOUR (164) CALENDAR DAYS. The total performance period includes time prescribed for Government transitions and phasing as described in the project documents. This includes all time and costs associated with constructing/deconstructing temporary partitions, floor demolition and preparation, application of new flooring, site cleanup, and demobilization. This CLIN does not include any of the following CLINs within it. Job L.S. **** $ UNIT TOTAL 0002 (Basic: Furnishings): All costs associated with inventory, removal, storage, sanitization, cleaning, and reinstallation of all kitchen equipment. This includes costs of temporary storage units such as storage containers along with costs to clean and sanitize equipment upon successful hookup and installation. Job L.S. **** $ UNIT TOTAL TOTAL CLIN (ALL): CLIN 0001 + CLIN 0002 $ TOTAL -- End of Document – -- 4 of 191 -- Repair Kitchen Flooring B334 Goodfellow AFB, TX JCGU 25-7007 Section 01 00 00 Page 1 SECTION 01 00 00 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS (1) GENERAL 1.13 SCOPE OF WORK The work covered by this specification consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, and material, and performing all work in connection with JCGU 25-7007 “Repair Kitchen, B334” in strict accordance with these specifications and drawings and subject to the terms and conditions of this contract. 1.14 LOCATION The work is to be accomplished at Goodfellow AFB, San Angelo, Texas. This base is accessible by public highway. Contractor access to the work area will be as indicated in the project drawings. 1.15 WORK SCHEDULE A. The contractor shall observe the same regular workweek being observed by the Goodfellow AFB Civil Engineering shop forces, which is Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with Federal holidays excluded. Any Holiday falling on a Saturday will be observed the preceding Friday. Any Holiday falling on a Sunday will be observed the following Monday. B. Any deviation from this schedule will require 48 hours advance notice and approval of the Contracting Officer. If base personnel are reasonably available, the Contracting Officer may authorize the Contractor to perform work during periods other than normal duty hours/days. C. Due to the critical nature of the dining facility to Goodfellow AFB, the Contractor may be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays in order to ensure 100% completion of all work items within the prescribed performance period. D. The base could be closed because of security problems, adverse weather, or other events. Unless otherwise notified by the Government, the Contractor should monitor local television stations, radio stations, or Goodfellow’s Facebook page for notification of a possible base closure or late opening. The Contractor may not receive any other form of notification of a base closure from the Government, unless contacted by the Contracting Officer (CO) or the Contracting Officer Representative (COR). The Contractor is responsible for notifying his/her employees. Contractor(s) do not report when the base is closed due to security problems and/or adverse weather. 1.4 TOBACO U
