This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number 6982AF26Q000016 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for work to perform geotechnical drilling to determine depth to bedrock and to locate potential permafrost and groundwater. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541380 with an industry size standard of $19.0 Million This solicitation incorporates provision and clauses by reference.
