1.0 DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. The Contractor shall provide to the 402d Commodities
Maintenance Group (CMXG), Robins Air Force Base, all materials, parts, travel, tools, and labor
necessary to provide semi-annual preventive maintenance and technical support for two (2) M2
Additive Manufacturing 3D Printers, listed in paragraph 1.1.

1.2 Scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM). Within five (5) days of contract award, the
Government Representative shall contact the Contractor to schedule preventive maintenance on
the M2 printers. The Contractor shall perform semi-annual maintenance services, every six (6)
months, and coordinate maintenance actions through the Government Representative listed in
paragraph 4.1. All preventative maintenance services will be provided in accordance with the
relevant Original Equipment Manufacturer’s then current manuals as determined by General
Electric. Each Preventative Maintenance Service must be scheduled and performed within the
12-month period to which they relate and cannot be carried forward. If not so performed, any
unperformed Preventative Maintenance Service will expire without any obligation on General
Electric. PM shall be scheduled at minimum of 30 days in advance and within 8:00 am – 5:00
pm.
1.3 Technical Support. Technical support shall consist of the Contractor providing technical
support by telephone or via email to the Government. The Contractor shall provide technical
support from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
1.4 Over and Above Work. Work discovered during the course of performance that is:
1.4.1 Within the general scope of the contract, not covered by the line item(s) for the basic work
under the contract, and necessary in order to satisfactorily complete the contract.
1.4.2 Upon discovery of the need for over and above work, the Contractor shall prepare and
furnish to the Government a work request. Upon request the Contractor shall promptly submit to
the Contracting Officer, a proposal for the over and above work. The Government and
Contractor will then negotiate a settlement for the over and above work. Contract modifications
will be executed to definitize all over and above work.
1.4.3 Corrective Maintenance/Repairs. If corrective maintenance or repairs are required, the
Contractor shall coordinate will provide a written repair estimate to the Government

Representative by email no later than three (3) business days from assessment. The Government
Representative will obtain Contracting Officer approval before the repairs are performed.
1.5 Acceptance. After on-site repair work has been completed on the over and above and
updates are complete, the Contractor shall perform a functional test of the equipment to ensure
proper operation. The Government Representative will observe and approve the functional test
results. Within three (3) days of the repair, the Contractor shall provide a maintenance log,
electronically, via email, to the Government Representative listed in Para 4.1 detailing all

3.0 GOVERNMENT FURNISHED PROPERTY (GFP). None – there is no GFP attachment
for this acquisition.
4.0 GENERAL INFORMATION.
4.1 Government Representatives. The following individuals will serve as the Primary and
Alternate Government Representatives as the points of contact through which all contractor-
provided services will be requested and accomplished for CMXG. Government Representatives
will not supervise the Contractor, and they are not empowered to make any contractual
commitments or to authorize any contractual changes on the Government’s behalf. The following
individuals will serve as Government Representatives for CMXG.

4.2 Contractor Program Manager. The Contractor shall provide a Program Manager who shall
be the single point of contact between the Contractor and the Government. The name and phone
number of the Contractor’s Program Manager shall be provided in writing to the Contracting
Officer, Government Representatives, and COR no later than five (5) calendar days after contract
award date.
4.3 Place of Performance and Hours of Work. On-site contract services shall be performed at
the Warner Robins Air Logistic Complex. The work will take place in building 353 at Robins Air
Force Base, GA. The Contractor’s work hours (shifts) shall normally be from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm
(EST), Monday through Friday. The Government may adjust the Contractor’s work hours based
on workload requirements, with the flexibility to start work earlier, work odd shifts, and/or work
weekends. The Government will provide the Contractor the required work hours (schedule) for
contractor personnel and will provide a 48-hour notice prior to changing any work hours.
4.4 Recognized Holidays. Unless otherwise required by the Government, the Contractor shall not
have access to Government facilities to work on all federal holidays or during facility closings as
authorized by the Government. If the holiday falls on Saturday, it is observed on Friday…
