1. IntroductionThe Bureau of Medical Services (MED) through the Office of Acquisition Management (A/GA) has a requirement for dermatology specific virtual reference, featuring a differential diagnosis builder with breakdown by clinical images and country/region specific infectious disease.
2. PurposeThis RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes. It does not constitute a solicitation or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. Responses to this RFI will assist the Department in understanding available technologies, industry capabilities, and best practices for implementing an electronic prescribing solution that meets the Department’s needs.
3. Desired CapabilitiesRespondents are requested to provide information on solutions that address the following requirements:

Ability to provide diverse dermatology medical image library reflects the global populations embassy clinicians care for.
Featuring a dermatology differential diagnosis builder
Administrative access for tracking each individual employee access under overarching Bureau of Medical Services account
Continuing medical education (CME) credits for each employee single sign on (SSO) access
Access to on-demand web-based dermatology training sessions provided at no additional charge to Customer
Tracking themes in medical reference for tailored further training.
Comprehensive breakdown by clinical images
Structured by clinical images and country/region specific infectious disease.
Ability to provide image-based dermatologic presentations to infectious diseases, across all ages and skin tones.
Compliance with all federal and state regulations for virtual reference.
