F-16 Asymmetric Brake Repair

The AFSC has awarded a Firm-Fixed-Price, 5yr IDIQ, contract to MOOG INC for the repair of the F-16 Asymmetric Brake. This contract was awarded using other than full and open competition Sole Source; IAW statutory authority FAR 6.302-1 the Government intends to solicit and award this requirement to, Moog INC, Inc. CAGE: 94697. Justification and Approval (J&A) In accordance with FAR 6.305, the approved Justification and Approval (J&A) document for this action is attached to this public notice.
