This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01 effective date 03/13/2026. This Request for Quote (RFQ) for Flash Tester is being set aside for Total Small Businesses. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract. If you cannot quote all items requested in this RFQ, please submit quote on what you can provide, as it may be considered if government determines best for the government, however it's the government's intent to award to a vendor who can provide all that is requested. Meaning, the goal of this solicitation is to find a small business to fill the requirements of the 164th Airlift Wing. FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds (Apr 1984) Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
