Statement of Work (SOW) 45th Force Support Squadron Patrick SFB, Florida 6/1/2026 GENERAL Project: Shark Lanes furniture Location: Bldg 732 STATEMENT OF WORK The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, and management necessary to procure, deliver, and install at Building 732, Patrick SFB, FL. The work supports improved communication and functionality within the environment. Work shall comply with current Florida building codes and base standards. Requirements 3.1 Design and Procurement Design workstation configurations Fabric to be a vinyl or polyurethane material for easy clean up. Colors to be browns, to include tables. Nesting chairs to be bright multiple colors or one bright color depending on vendor options. Vendor to present multiple choices (in mid-grade range/included in bid) and user will select final choice. PERFORMANCE PERIOD The period of performance for this project is 30 calendar days ARO. Place of Performance 832 O’Malley Rd Bldg 732, Patrick SFB FL 32925 Base Access and Identification Requirements Identification: Visitors must present a valid government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license or passport. Starting May 7, 2025, the REAL ID Act will be fully enforced, meaning only REAL ID-compliant licenses or other approved identification will be accepted for access Vehicle Requirements: Drivers will need proof of insurance, vehicle registration, and a valid driver's license. Vehicles are subject to inspection by security personnel Quality Assurance The Government will verify satisfactory completion through inspections of furniture placement, accessory installation, and alignment with user design requests. Any discrepancies shall be resolved promptly by the contractor at no additional cost.
