Addendum to Project Manual for Blanchard Springs Sewer Line Replacement 4/28/2026 Division 33 - Utilities Section 33 05 61 Precast Concrete Manholes Part 2 Products 2.01, I. Interior Lining and Exterior Coating: Replace existing specification with information below: Joints shall be sealed with butyl rubber mastic per ASTM C990. The exterior of the joints shall be sealed with 6-inch butyl mastic tape. The interior of the joints shall be sealed neatly with non-shrink grout. Interior and exterior surfaces of precast manhole will be completely coated with an approved epoxy liner system. Epoxy system shall be 100% solids, solvent-free two-component epoxy resin with select fillers to minimize permeability and provide sag resistance per the following minimum requirements: Hardness, Shore D ASTM D-2240 88 Tensile Strength ASTM D-638 >7000 psi Flexural Strength ASTM D-790 >10000 psi Epoxy liner shall be Raven 405, manufactured by Raven Lining Systems or approved equal. -- 1 of 1 --
