STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) GLAZIER SERVICES IN LAS VEGAS, NV PART 1 GENERAL INFORMATION 1. Introduction: This is a non-personal services contract for services Las Vegas, NV. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. 1.1 Background: The United States Secret Service (USSS) is a premier Law Enforcement Agency and requires contractor services for installing and removing government-owned ballistic glass panel systems during protective operations. 1.2 Objectives: Obtain glazier services at Trump International Hotel Las Vegas in Las Vegas, NV. 1.3 Scope: The purpose of this procurement is to obtain contractor services for installing and removing Government-owned ballistic glass panel systems at the Trump International Hotel in Las Vegas, NV from April 16, 2026- April 17, 2026. The glass system is comprised of:  Eight (8) support stands. o Government shall provide.  Sixteen (16) 48” x 72” ballistic glass panels. o Each panel weighs approximately 235 lbs. o Government shall provide. The contractor shall provide the following services:  All necessary resources (i.e., labor, transportation, lifting equipment, A-framed dollies, racks, suction cups, and drills along with any other miscellaneous hardware and glass tools to transport, install, secure, and remove the glass panels into/from the stands at the specified location).  The necessary resources shall be capable of handling the weight and size of the ballistic glass panels notated above. o Each set in the system is comprised of one (1) stand and two (2) 48” x 72” glass panels. INSTALLATION:  The installation of the ballistic glass system shall be completed as per Section 1.5.1 below.  The contractor shall unload the ballistic glass system from the A-frame storage truck at the loading dock area and transport them to the appropriate floor/location.  The contractor shall install the glass panels into the support stands, ensuring that each panel is secured in the stand.  Once the systems are installed the contractor shall prep/clean the panels in order to ensure that fingerprints, smudges, etc. are not visible. o The contractor shall not use ammonia-based products to clean the panels. REMOVAL:  The removal of the ballistic glass system shall be completed as per Section 1.5.1 below.  During the removal process, the contractor shall unsecure and remove the ballistic glass panels from their stands and load them onto the A-frame storage truck in the loading dock area in the same configuration in which they were removed from the truck.  The contractor shall warrant the panels and system to include repair/replacement of any damage caused during the installation and removal process. Attachment 4 Scenario #3 -- 1 of 4 -- Attachment 1 – Statement of Work  The contractor shall be liable to pay for any damage sustained to any property in the movement and assembly/disassembly of the ballistic glass panels and stands. Additional Requirements:  The contractor assumes full liability for any property damage (including the glass system) they cause during the performance of their services. 1.4 Specific Tasks 1.4.1 Task Heading. Glazier Services CLINs Description Quantity Unit Price Total (Qty x Unit Price) 0001 Glazier services 1 $ $ TOTAL CONTRACT VALUE $ 1.5 General Information 1.5.1 Period of Performance:  April 16, 2026 (Installation): At or about 0130 hours o All work must be completed within four (4) hours of the actual start time.  April 17, 2026 (Removal): At or about 1200 hours o All work must be completed within four (4) hours of the actual start time.  Exact times to be determined by POC listed in Section 1.6. o The exact date/times may change are possible due to unforeseen circumstances such as itinerary schedule updates, elevator availability, etc. 1.5.2 Place of Performance: Trump International Hotel 2000 Fashion Show Drive Las Vegas, NV 89109 1.5.3 Type of Contract: The Government will award a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. 1.5.4. Privacy Act: Personnel who have access to Privacy Information shall adhere to the Privacy Act, Title 5 of the U.S. Code, Section 552a and applicable agency rules and regulations. All data provided to the contractor by the government and/or developed by the contractor for the government shall be treated as Sensitive but Unclassified (SBU). All other information relating to the items to be delivered or services to be performed under this order may not be disclosed by any means without prior approval by the Contracting Officer, in concurrence with SA Alicia Peoples-Abram at (202-748-4756) and SA John Gillette at (202-738-6944). Dissemination or public disclosure includes, but is not limited to, permitting access to such information by foreign nationals or by any other person or entity; publication of technical or scientific papers; advertising; or any other proposed public release.
