This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO), Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). 4. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2026-01 03/13/2026, and RFO Part 12. 5. Description of Requirements: Triennial Testing of Electrical Breakers and Electrical Power Distribution at the Iowa City VA Healthcare System, Medical Center in Iowa City, Iowa. Includes Travel, Labor, Technicians and all equipment necessary to perform the SOW. Deliverables include reports, documentation and CDs. Work will be performed according to required standards and regulations. 8. Period of Performance. Anticipated award date is August 1, 2026. POP is TBD. Government intends to begin coordinating work and establishing a work schedule immediately after award which is anticipated to be August 1,2026.
