1 Deliverables
The Contractor shall provide Commercial Off the-Shelf (COTS) products as specified below
from the manufacturer Microchip Technology.

Contractor shall be a United States-based authorized distributor of Microchip Technology as
defined by https://www.microchip.com/en-us/about/global-sales-and-distribution for the above
components.
Certificates of Conformance (CofC) shall be supplied with the parts. CofC shall contain at least
Customer name, sales order #, Customer PO#, quantity, part number, and part description.
Parts shall have date codes 5 years or less old. Lot and Date codes shall be provided. Partial
deliveries and payment are acceptable. Lead Time listed is maximum. Where possible, partial
deliveries of each part number are desired.
Contractor shall be SAE AS9100 compliant or products shall be drop shipped directly from
manufacturer.
2 Period of Performance
Contract Award plus 52 weeks. Product in stock should be shipped as soon as possible.
3 Shipping
The contractor shall identify the cost of shipping at time of quotation in order for the cost of
shipping to be included in the award.
The Contractor shall confirm the shipping address within one week of being ready to ship. One
NASA contact will respond within 2 business days of receipt; otherwise, the shipment may
