1 Statement of Work: Audio/Visual(AV) Equipment and Installation (BLDG 3576 & 3701) Project Name: 154th Regional Training Institute 3576 Classroom AV update and 3701 Conference Room and Office AV Installation 1. Introduction & Project Overview This document outlines the scope of work for the supply and installation of audio/visual equipment and related services for the 154th Regional Training Institute at Buildings 3576 and 3701, Camp Shelby, Mississippi. The goal of this project is to upgrade and enhance the AV capabilities in classrooms, conference room, and offices within the buildings to support improved training and live streaming capabilities. The scope includes the supply of equipment, professional installation, configuration, and testing to ensure high-quality audio/visual experience for all users. The contractor shall install only commercial-grade A/V products throughout the installation to ensure durability, reliability, and consistent performance in a professional environment. All equipment must be designed and rated for continuous, heavy use typical of commercial settings. The contractor is responsible for adhering to industry standards and manufacturer guidelines during installation to guarantee system robustness, ease of maintenance, and long-term functionality suitable for high-traffic areas. 2. Project Goals & Objectives • Goal 1: Upgrade 8 classroom AV systems to support opposing Instructor-Facing Displays for presentation and instruction o Objective 1: Update and Install opposing Instructor-Facing Displays with wireless video/audio extender and HDMI distribution • Goal 2: Install AV systems in 3701 to support video conferencing and/or presentation o Objective 1: Install A/V systems in Conference Room to support high- quality video conferencing and presentation o Objective 2: Install digital display in Instructor Hallway that integrates with pre-existing unit software to display class schedules o Objective 3: Provide Instructor Offices with digital displays -- 1 of 6 -- 2 3.
